Conditions of participation

I exonerate the tourist offices, the guide assigned for this tour, it"s representatives and ancillary staff from every responsibility and liability for damage to persons or (hired) items during the events. I am responsible for my own way of driving, have been informed about the risks of this tour and I am able to cope it. I commit myself to follow all the indications of the guide and I am aware, that wrong behavior leads to exclusion from the group. Going away from the group is on my own risk and exonerates the guide from every responsibility for my person.

The lift tickets, travels by public transport and refreshments are not included in the price (unless otherwise specified). The participation at all activities is on your own risk and responsibility. The registration must be done within 6.00 p.m. of the day before. Unless otherwise specified the minimum number of participants is two people. Everyone is responsible for the proper equipment and clothing. For safety reasons, the route of the tour can be modified. Cancellations must be made within 6.00 p.m. of the day before, otherwise, you have to pay the registration fee. Participants who do not appear at the meeting point or cancel the activity after 6 pm of the day before must pay the full registration fee.
